Even up to 30 days after you purchased from us, if your item goes on sale with us or we lower the price, contact us and we will credit you the difference. We don’t like buyer’s remorse and we bet you don’t either. 

How do I request a price match?

If you are shopping around before you purchase and find a lower price for the same item at another online store, select the item you want from Femplay and click on the “Price Match” button under "Add to Cart".  Then complete the form and submit. 

Within 20 minutes we will send you a unique discount code for that item to your nominated email address which will be valid for 48 hours to make your purchase.  If you submit your request outside of business hours or on a public holiday or weekend, we will attend to your request first thing next business day. 

If your request fails to meet the necessary criteria, you will receive an email will be sent within the same time frame advising you so.

If you would like a price check on an entire shopping cart with more than one product, please call us and we will do it for you on the spot over the phone.

Even if we reduce the price of your purchased item or we put it on sale within 30 days of your purchase, just give us a call or email us to arrange a credit to be used on your next order; if applicable.  At Australia's best online adult store, it's as easy as that.
